Key Integrated proudly served as the builder for Viewbank Gardens, an idyllic retirement village located at the foot of the Yarra Valley Parklands, just 19km northeast of Melbourne‘s CBD. Our team undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of the Community Centre, which included modernizing the interior layout to enhance functionality and accessibility for residents.

The project involved upgrading amenities such as the kitchen and lounge areas, installing new flooring and fixtures, and creating inviting communal spaces for activities and gatherings. We also incorporated energy-efficient lighting and improved accessibility features to ensure a comfortable environment for all residents.
