Key Integrated played a pivotal role in transforming this site. The project began with the demolition of dilapidated industrial-style buildings and structures, followed by the remediation of contaminated soil. We then constructed the new basement carpark and the Level 1 structure podium.

A key highlight of the project was the careful refurbishment of the heritage-listed buildings along Nicholson Street and Mollison Street, which included the preservation of the existing historic 30ft high brick chimney while integrating modern amenities.

The development now features a suspended landscaped courtyard at Level 1, surrounded by forty-one (41) modern apartments within the heritage structure. Additionally, we constructed twenty (20) new townhouses, creating a harmonious blend of old-world charm and contemporary living.
